10 Celebrities WWE Continues To Ignore For Hall Of Fame

1. Muhammad Ali

It can be argued that the biggest name in the history of sports - all sports - is boxing legend Muhammad Ali. He was one of the best heavyweight boxers in the history of his sport, but he became iconic because of his ability to talk. He has said he was inspired by legendary wrestler Gorgeous George, which is notable because Ali is one of the best talkers among athletes ever. Ali's role at WrestleMania 1 was that of a special referee outside the ring for the main event tag match. Pat Patterson was the ref in the ring. Ali was just there because they wanted to get a bunch of big name celebs to make WrestleMania look like a huge spectacle. Why is he not in WWE's Hall of Fame? Because he's been living with Parkinson's Disease for over 25 years and has a difficult time speaking. He really doesn't make a lot of public appearances at this point in his life. We don't know if WWE has asked him or if he would accept if they did, but he's the biggest celebrity that could go in one day.
