10 Celebrities WWE Continues To Ignore For Hall Of Fame

2. Lawrence Taylor

Lawrence Taylor, one of the best defensive players in the history of the NFL, is the only celebrity that actually headlined a WrestleMania by having a singles match. Mr T wrestle headlined the first WrestleMania in a tag. That happened in 1995 when he beat Bam Bam Bigelow clean in the WrestleMania 11 main event match. He looked impressive while doing so too. Taylor could have had more matches after that and he would have fit right in. It really was incredible to see how good he was. Why isn't Taylor in WWE's Hall of Fame? It's probably due to his legal troubles. He's been charged for several different crimes and also had drug problems as well. It could be one of those things where WWE wouldn't be able to trust him to act the right way in a setting like the Hall of Fame. Based on the fact that he's the only celebrity that really headlined a WrestleMania, it's a no brainer that he's a celebrity Hall of Famer compared to some of the other celebs that are in that made one or two appearances. It's just that his issues are going to keep him out of there.
