3. AJ Styles Vs. Shawn Michaels

...before he does indeed step away from the ring 4 lyfe, please convince Shawn Michaels that said life wouldn't be complete without a match against AJ Styles.

That tag match at Crown Jewel, however fun it was to see HBK romp through familiar spots and look like he'd only lost half a step at most, shouldn't be the final time Michaels wrestles. It wasn't a good enough match for that, and any career reprisal, however short, demands he put one of the modern workhorses over.

There's such a short time window open for WWE on this. Not only will Shawn himself barely, if at all, wrestle again after it, but AJ himself is in the process of negotiating a less-demanding schedule with the promotion. Both are in the twilight years (moments, in the case of HBK) of their careers.

The same goes for Daniel Bryan. Who can say for sure how long this heel run will last, and it might be crucial for WWE to seize the day, lump him in on the second Michaels retirement tour and book that match as well. Why not? There's no clamour to see another D-Generation X reunion.
