For some reason, people always seem to forget that Owen debuted in the WWE during the Golden Age. In fact, he came into the WWE just a couple of years after his big brother, Bret, albeit using his Blue Blazer gimmick throughout his first year with the company.

There's probably a lot of readers who would expect to see The Hitman's name on this list, but it's actually the younger Hart who would become the big star in today's WWE.

Not only was he a terrific mat tactician - like every other wrestler who went through the Hart Family Dungeon - but he had an arsenal of aerial moves that never failed to raise the action quotient and garner big pops. Setting aside that one glaring mistake involving a miscalculated piledriver, Owen never failed to look like a consummate pro in the ring.

Really though, it's Owen's personality that would get him over with audiences now. Whether he was acting as the goofy good guy or the petulant heel, fans gave Owen their full attention. He could effortlessly jump back and forth between babyface and baddie without breaking a sweat, and crowds were more than happy to give him the proper cheers or jeers.
