3. Only Releasing WWE Network In USA First
WWE.comSo far, WWE Network is only available in USA at the moment. This is USA only as not even Canada officially has it too. WWE says it needs to break even by getting 1 million subscribers by the end of 2014. Wouldn't have this been more achievable at a faster rate if more countries had legal access to WWE Network already? WWE Network isn't available in more countries until late 2014 or even early 2015. That is a long time and some people may not even be interested in getting WWE Network anymore. Some people were interested in getting the WWE Network back in February. Now that they have to wait till 2015, they might not even care about it anymore. WWE seriously miscalculated its USA audience. They thought getting 1 million subscribers would be easy. However, only 4-5 million people in USA watch Raw each week. To think that over 20% of their American audience would easily sign up for WWE Network was a bad calculation on WWE's part. A large part of that audience are kids or poor college students that may not have enough money to spend $9.99 per month on WWE Network too. WWE should hurry up and release WWE Network worldwide to increase the subscription number.
