10 Coldest Performers In WWE Right Now

7. Lana

You've almost got to feel sorry for Lana. She's nowhere near ready to wrestle on the main roster, but she's a popular star and has thus been promoted prematurely...into a position designed to mock and strip her of that popularity. She is trapped in this stupid paradox like a hamster in a wheel, perhaps even less relevant than she was in 2015 at the the depths of the Dolph Ziggler affair.

On the August 8 SmackDown, Charlotte acted as a proxy for the audience when, before their match, she crossed her arms and more or less p*ssed herself laughing. After one solitary hope spot, Charlotte dispatched her with the greatest of ease. Lana is booked as being out of her depth. And she is. There's no real drama to that. Isn't wrestling meant to be a work? She's a heel, so the audience isn't being conditioned to support her, à la Mikey Whipwreck. And since she's demonstrably less qualified than everybody else in the division at her job, it's nigh on impossible to jeer her. She's just pitiable. That, sadly, is the point.

You can't even hate her for being deluded, because it borders too closely to genuine mental illness.
