10 Content Additions That Would Improve WWE Network
9. More Episodes Of Raw & Smackdown From The Past
If you want to watch any episode of Raw from their very first show all the way through the end of 1995, you're in luck, because those episodes are on the WWE Network right now. If you want to watch an episode of Raw from 1996, it had better have taken place before May 6th, because those are the only ones they have available. 1997 only has two episodes available, 1998 has nine random episodes, 1999 has eight, 2000 has none, 2001 has three... the list goes on and on. Smackdown started in 1999, and 12 of the 18 episodes from that year are currently available. There are six episodes of Smackdown each from 2000 and 2001, five from 2002, three from 2003, and so on. With so many episodes unavailable, there is plenty of room for growth in this area of the Network. Think of all the memorable episodes... the all-time great moments, incredible matches, debuts, turns, title changes... that aren't included in the content yet. The best part about this is that there is so much missing content that you wouldn't even have to include every single episode all at once. For example, if they added the rest of the Raw episodes from 1996, and then added half of 1997's Raw episodes, to go with the rest of 1999's Smackdown episodes and half of 2000's episodes, that would be fine, and they could add 12-18 months worth of content every so often until they're all caught up. Make it every few months or something, and you're good to go.
