10 Crazy Lies Told By Hulk Hogan That No One Believes
6. Andre The Giant Weighed 600lbs
Hogan's match with Andre the Giant is one which the leader of the Hulkamaniacs has expanded on in hilariously bizarre ways a number of times over the years. For example, he's claimed that the outcome of the match was completely undecided until Andre made the call in the ring, and that the seven footer died days later because of the force of his slam. In reality, Andre actually died six years after this match took place at WrestleMania III. No doubt the biggest tall tale (that's not a pun) though is Hogan's claim about Andre's weight at the time. Though he was billed by the WWE as being around 550lbs, it's thought that the giant was in fact closer to the 450lbs mark. Hogan though says that Andre was over 650lbs and lifting him tore not only his bicep, but every single muscle in his back too.
