10 Crazy Wrestler Truths We Just Learned
3. Seth Rollins' Body Is WRECKED
The current World Heavyweight Champion has been wrestling at a high level on WWE programming for over a decade now.
But all that bumping and risk-taking comes at a cost. And during his recent appearance on one-time rival Logan Paul's IMPAULSIVE podcast, Rollins explained how all those years have left his body more banged up than you likely realised.
According to the 'Visionary', his lower back has been bothering him since all the way back in 2019, with the champ adding that there are a "couple of stress fractures back there" that probably require surgery. On top of that, Rollins' knee has been causing him issues since before WrestleMania 39 and his neck has been acting up, too.
Simply put, he's a little bit battered right now.
The flamboyant main eventer does try to change up his workout routines depending on how his broken body feels, and has even turned to stem cell treatment in a bid to solve his physical issues. But all the treatments did was temporarily solve the problem.
Despite his body being this wrecked from the years of working and not giving himself the rest it clearly needs, though, the red show superstar still feels he can go at a high level for a further six or even ten years.
So, don't expect those 'WOOOOOAH's to go away any time soon, folks...
