10 Current WWE Talents Doomed To Go Nowhere

6. Adam Rose

The Adam Rose gimmick has 'doomed to fail' written all over it. It may get over, it may be quirky or amusing for five minutes, but it just isn't what wrestling fans want to see. Since his debut, Adam Rose has scored a few minor victories against the likes of Damien Sandow and Jack Swagger, though he recently took a loss to Kane. The inherent problem in this kind of booking is that these fresh former NXT talents are put above the lower mid-carders, but creative are afraid to pull the trigger on any of them. As soon as they get close to any kind of title, opportunity or top-tier opponent, they just get shuffled to the back of the pile - what happened to Fandango and what's beginning to happen to Bo Dallas will soon happen to Adam Rose. The clean loss to Kane already shows this, while Rose is beginning to appear less and less on TV since his debut, already. If a newly debuted talent's momentum drys up in the first few months, they'll have no chance in the months to come, especially with how many stars there are on the rise because of the fantastic NXT roster. The addition of The Bunny will only make him more irrelevant as a solo competitor. In the competitive world of main roster spots and in the hunt for new rising stars, Adam Rose's trashy, needless gimmick will ensure he's always picked below those who are taken seriously. The best thing for Ray Leppan at this point, would be to go back to NXT.
