10 Current WWE Wrestlers Stupidly Underutilized 

WWE did it. They actually did the impossible. They managed to f*ck up Asuka. Time and time again, we've watched WWE bring up NXT superstars and turn them into main roster jokes... but no one expected Asuka to be one of those sufferers.

An argument could be made, but Asuka is probably the single hottest star to ever come out of developmental. The woman who went undefeated for 914 days and had to suffer an injury just to let go of her NXT Women's Championship was the definition of professional wrestling done right. Triple H picked an entertaining, excellent pro wrestler and invested everything he had into making her a legitimate badass & top-level superstar.

Then she got called up to the main roster.

The one NXT call-up everyone assumed to be safe managed to lose almost all of her credibility in less than a year's time. What has she done since being called up last September? Despite winning the Women's Royal Rumble, she had her streak broken at the hands of Charlotte, had her Women's Championship stolen by Carmella, and has essentially been made a mockery out of by James Ellsworth's antics.

In an era when WWE are insistently pushing women's wrestling to the moon, they managed to rob themselves of the greatest asset the division had. This whole list is unfortunate, but Asuka's downfall is downright criminal.
