4. Dave Finlay Is Terrifying

Finlay is also one of wrestling's old guard, but his approach to protecting the business goes a little further than moaning about how ineffective the Young Bucks look when they get the superkick party started.

A third generation wrestler, the importance of kayfabe would have been ingrained in Finlay from an early age. He therefore took a physical approach when responding to accusations that wrestling was fake. Grabbing the accuser's thumb, he would apply pressure on it, encouraging the person to show his friends how 'little' it hurt. Why they didn't let out even a slight wail to get out of trouble is beyond comprehension, especially when the clearly sociopathic Finlay then begins to serenade them in an attempt to underline...well, it's not entirely sure what his point is. He says, "you can't explain pain, you can only feel it", which seems a tad unusual given that he's well versed in the dark arts of selling.

It's hard not to shudder as Finlay, for probably the first time in his life, flashes a smile when he freely admits to committing this act of grievous bodily harm "hundreds of times".

He does say that he's not particularly proud of the man he used to be, but that smile tells a different story altogether.
