3. Punk Reveals His Ugly Side

CM Punk might be fairly accused of being a hypocrite.

When still at the bosom of pro wrestling, he embarked upon a crusade against Chris Brown, who he admonished for his history of violence against women. One of his wrestling idols, Steve Austin, was curiously absolved despite his own chequered history.

A self-styled progressivist, Punk's positively retrograde actions in this video are also duplicitous. Accusing two ringside fans of having vaginas, as if that's such a terrible thing, Punk also calls one of them a "homo". He apologised afterwards, but that's to be expected by a man employed by a publicly traded company caught in the act of homophobia.

This isn't the only time Punk ran his mouth and lived to regret it. With some justification, Punk called Teddy Hart out for endangering the safety of his coworkers by performing no less than three unplanned dives onto them from the top of a cage at an ROH show - without selling anything in the process. Hart got the better of their subsequent fight, which purportedly had to be broken up by Sabu.

This, combined with the several reported delays, probably render Punk's UFC prospects as not very good at all.
