Archrivals on-screen, best friends off-screen, the two most popular women of the 2000s have had their careers intertwined. While they had many classic matches, including being the first women to main event Raw, Trish Stratus and Lita made for a strong, cohesive unit albeit short-lived.

In the fall of 2003, Lita returned after a potentially career-ending injury, saving Stratus from a beat down by Gail Kim and Molly Holly. The punk rocker and Canadian blonde bombshell would defeat them at Unforgiven, and then remain buddies throughout the rest of the year.

At Armageddon 2003, they lost to Chris Jericho and Christian in a “Battle of the Sexes,” after Stratus learned that the Canadian men had made a locker room bet as to who could sleep with one of the divas first.
