Daniel Bryan has had one of the most unfortunately unpredictable careers in professional wrestling history. Constantly being told he wasn't good enough by the higher-ups despite his fan support, being put in crazy storylines that only he could bring the best out of and being plagued by injuries for most of his WWE run, most of his career has been a rollercoaster ride that even he can't control.
That being said, his victory over Randy Orton and Batista at WrestleMania XXX stands as one of the most cathartic visuals ever. To see an ecstatic Bryan towering over The Authority at the end of a harrowing journey is an image that no fan could ever forget. After his glorious celebration, we were all ready to see what Bryan would bring as champion.
Less than two months later, our dreams were shattered.
When it was announced that Bryan wouldn't be able to compete at Money In The Bank, The Authority immediately stripped him of the title. It was a horrible way to end a title reign that began so beautifully.
