10 Directions WWE Can Go After Battleground 2015

3. Have Owens Win An 'I Quit' Match At SummerSlam

Not by conventional means, obviously. Cena, by definition, Never Gives Up. Instead, have Owens grab John's father from the front row, or even a defenceless, innocent plant masquerading as a standard fan. He can threaten to powerbomb them off the stage, or something similarly ghastly, unless Cena gives up. John, the ultimate good guy, agrees and rushes to the fan's aid. With his back turned, Owens attacks - and utterly decimates him. Owens' attack should lay Cena off for at least a month or two, if not longer, leaving Kevin free to run roughshod on the rest of the WWE uppercard. He could eventually run into Lesnar, a mouthwatering match up, or even move into a feud with the similarly reckless Ambrose. Whatever happens, Owens will find himself elevated even further, while Cena will be able to return a fresh, revenge-seeking hero.
