10 Disappointing WrestleMania Matches That Should Have Been Classics

7. Brock Lesnar Vs. The Undertaker - WrestleMania XXX

The Undertaker versus Brock Lesnar from WrestleMania XXX will go down as one of the most famous matches in wrestling history. A Hogan/Andre for the 2010s, if you will. Well, maybe the moment Brock ended the streak will go down as a legendary moment but, as a match, it was seriously disappointing. Brock may only wrestle a few matches per year but in spite (or perhaps because) of that, fans expect more from his performances. Lesnar matches are supposed to be these great epics and he has proven that he can produce classics when required (his matches against John Cena at Extreme Rules 2012, CM Punk at SummerSlam 2013 and Rollins/Cena at Royal Rumble 2015 were world-class). The Undertaker may be a once-a-year performer approaching fifty with a catalogue of injuries but, well, he's The Undertaker. People expect The Dead Man to have a great match at WrestleMania after his epics against Shawn Michaels, Triple H and CM Punk whether he is beat up or not. Although the buildup was subpar, fans thought that Brock/Taker would deliver too. They didn't, although some of that can be attributed to a concussion that The Undertaker suffered early in the match. Lesnar also isn't much of a ring general and failed to cover for his opponent. Adding to their woes, the crowd was dead for much of the match, presumably because they thought Lesnar had no chance of ending The Streak.
