10 Disastrous WWE Booking Decisions Triple H Has Already Botched

5. The Women's Division

Comfortably the most disappointing failure of Triple H's near-year in charge has been his inability or unwillingness (pick one, neither are good) to do a root-and-branch review of women's wrestling within WWE.

A version of parity has been used as a smokescreen for years now, with the likes of Elimination Chamber, Money In The Bank and The Royal Rumble all having titular matches for the women's division, but one only need to look at the latter iteration this year to realise how few wrestlers are over and how few have been given stories over the last 12 months.

Rhea Ripley was one of maybe three possible winners and Liv Morgan called her shot of going coast-to-coast, and they started and ended the thing. Meanwhile, Becky Lynch and Asuka were two of the only regular weekly performers to get strong reactions, and they're down to established star power and past glories respectively.

'The Game' has restocked the ranks but not thought about people actually caring about the recruits. He's reducing Bianca Belair's value, failing to hide the flaws in Charlotte Flair's unearned title reign, can't make up his mind with Ronda Rousey and has a Raw undercard in a race to the bottom.

Once credited as one of the best bookers of North American women's wrestling ever, he's gradually eroding his well-earned reputation.
