Snitsky’s entire gimmick/backstory/what he’s most remembered for/career after wrestling is centred around the infamous angle on Raw that had him responsible for Lita miscarrying her and Kane’s unborn baby in 2004. His entrance music had him yelling "It wasn't my fault" edited in and it would be adopted as his catchphrase for the rest of his career.

Snitsky’s said regarding the angle years later:

"The whole storyline was kind of cool I thought. It was so different, it was pushing the envelope. Let’s be realistic, everything’s been done in wrestling that can be done, and back then it wasn’t as corporate so you could get away with a little more. Nowadays, that storyline would never ever be able to take place. A lot of people don’t realize, it was only supposed to be that one incident, and I was then gonna go back to OVW and keep training until they brought me back up. But it got such a reaction that it took off and had a mind of its own, so they rolled with it. I knew it was gonna be good as soon as I hit him with the chair and he fell on her, the whole crowd started chanting “baby killer”. When that happened, I was like, This is great, this is gonna be good."

Only in wrestling can someone claim crowds of people yelling ‘baby killer’ at them is a good thing.

Amazingly, in 2014 it was revealed a smiling Snitsky in a cooking apron was the spokesperson for a pressure cooker with him claiming at the end of advertisements: “What are you waiting for? Check out the Power Pressure Cooker XL and become popular, rich and happy. And if you don’t… it’s not my fault. But at the very least, you’ll be well-fed.”
