10 Disturbing WCW Nitro Moments You Totally Don't Remember

9. Kevin Nash Is Randy Savage's "Big Sexy Girlfriend" (20 April 1998)

One night after the 1998 Spring Stampede pay-per-view, WCW relentlessly marched on with their insanely-diluted nWo in-fighting angle by having Hollywood Hogan and Randy Savage throw barbs at one another across three hours. This was all standard stuff until Hollywood went Holly-weird on everyone for no apparent reason.

According to Hulk, Kevin Nash was Randy's "Big Sexy Girlfriend".

OK then. Not only did Hogan's words make no sense in context of the angle WCW were presenting, they were just unnecessary. Sure, this was the era where delivery mattered more than content when it came to promos, but there were no warning shots fired before this. Hulk just sorta' intimidated that Randy and Kev were an item.

He did it more than once too, almost like he hadn't heard the reaction he wanted from fans. That's probably because they had no clue what was going on, or why WCW were trying to forcibly suggest Nash was a woman.
