10 Most Dominant Monster Heels In WWE History

7. Yokozuna

Yokozuna, part of wrestling's famous Anoa'i family, was one of the most dominant monster heels in the early 1990s. His victory over Hulk Hogan for the WWF Championship in 1993 caused his manager Mr Fuji to claim that they had ended Hulkamania. If the true test of a monster heel is in his size, then Yokozuna was certainly amongst the best of them. He was billed as almost 600lbs, but weighed as much as 650lbs by the later stages of his career. During the late 90s, many WWE superstars refused to fight Yokozuna as his size made the bouts legitimately dangerous and he was unable to wrestle long singles matches due to a lack of stamina. Excessive weight gain ruined his career before his death, but Yokozuna's days as a monster foreign heel will always be the pinnacle of his career.
