4. Bobby Roode
Bobby Roode was a runaway success during his NXT tenure. He stood out from the pack thanks to his old school heel work and much-loved entrance theme.
He had moulded himself into a ready-made gift for Vince to use however he pleased on the main roster. There was no need to change anything about his presentation, he was good to go as a solid mid-card champion, or possibly even a main event heel.
But Vince being Vince decided to immediately turn Roode babyface and limit him to being a bland, one-dimensional character that liked saying 'Glorious' all of the time.
Shockingly, the main roster audience didn't take to this version of Bobby Roode and he just floated around the main roster, occasionally being used in forgettable storylines, such as his tag team run with Chad Gable or his meaningless US Title reign.
Roode has most recently been seen as Dolph Ziggler's little buddy and has become a shadow of the man he was during his 202-day NXT Championship reign.
