7. Jon Moxley & Tetsuya Naito
Tranqulio y Rabioso. Two world champions, two very different wrestlers, one hell of a tag team.
As their cracking brawl at least year's G1 Climax showed, Jon Moxley and Tetsuya Naito work surprisingly well together given their contrasting styles. They told a good story in that match, with Naito's Tranquilo attitude pissing off the borderline feral Moxley until they were brawling over the arena, Naito being forced to give as good as he got.
The match reminded us of how WWE's The Bar were formed - two bitter rivals in Cesaro and Sheamus developing a mutual respect over each other's abilities, and realising they were both stronger together than apart. The same sort of story would easily work here, and given the level of talent involved the resulting tag team would be a force to be reckoned with. A mouthwatering IWGP Heavyweight/Intercontinental Championship feud before that would set the tone nicely...
