8. Mrs. Dawn Wilson
Dawn Marie would embark upon a long running, often controversial feud with Torrie Wilson in 2002. It was revealed that Marie had seduced Wilson's father Al, much to Torrie’s shock and horror. On the 7 November episode of SmackDown, Marie and Al got engaged leading to Torrie Wilson and Marie’s hotel night together on the condition Marie break it off with Al.
A quick ratings grab, a portion of the hotel night was screened at Armageddon 2002, where the WWE camera team had conveniently stationed themselves to film what was supposed to be an intimate evening.
Despite this, Marie remained engaged to Al who was apparently okay with Dawn and Torrie’s sex tape. On the 2 January 2003 episode of SmackDown, the two got married in their underwear before Al was tragically sexed to death on their honeymoon. There are certainly worse ways to go.
A series of bad matches and abysmal acting (especially from Al who had all the charisma and range of a wooden plank) made this a creative low point in what was considered a golden era for SmackDown (though I’m sure no one reading this will go and seek out Dawn and Torrie’s tape).
