10 Dumbest Ways WWE Wrestlers Lost Matches

1. Stupidity Monitor

Sometimes, best laid plans blow up in your face. This was literally the case for Dean Ambrose at TLC 2014.

After a full-on war approaching the 25-minute mark, during which Ambrose and Bray Wyatt delivered an absurd and ungodly level of punishment to one another - Ambrose even broke policy in order to break a kendo stick over Wyatt's face - Ambrose grabbed a monitor. The cable was still attached to it. Thus, when the Lunatic attempted to use it to his advantage, the power supply separated and plumes of smoke exploded into his face. Because that always happens when you unplug electronic equipment. Only in WWE. Only in WWE could a babyface star, after suffering so much pain, resemble a Spinal Tap drummer having put forth a spirited losing effort. If this was an attempt to get Wyatt over, it did not work. He didn't win the match; Ambrose lost it. Ambrose misjudged the length of a cable and lost a wrestling match. It was, as is often the case with Wyatt, an awful stunt pitched purely for is apparent cosmetic value.

Wyatt wasn't the better man. For once in the miserable existence of the character, Wyatt was the slightly less stupid man.
