10 Early Predictions For 2020 WWE Hall Of Fame Class
6. Christian
"It...it's Christian."
Todd Grisham's iconic words when 'Captain Charisma' returned to the WWE in 2009 may give you a clue as to why Christian isn't in the Hall of Fame already - they just don't think that much of him.
Ask literally anyone other than Vince McMahon though, and they'll tell you that he was one of the most underrated wrestlers in the company's history.
A phenomenal run in the tag team division alongside longtime best friend Edge was following by a successful if unremarkable stint in WWE's midcard. A jump to TNA and subsequent run with the NWA World Heavyweight Championship reminded fans of what Christian was capable of.
Upon returning to WWE he became a two-time ECW and World Heavyweight Champion until injuries forced his in-ring retirement. Christian continued to entertain fans via his podcast with Edge and their show on the WWE Network too.
His is a name consistently linked with a Hall of Fame induction, and whether it's for his fantastic singles work, or more likely as one half of Edge & Christian, expect him to make an appearance sooner or later.
