4. Charlotte Flair

It's an unwritten rule in WWE that Charlotte Flair must be in the title picture every time she is on TV and on a PLE. More to the point, she has had seven WrestleMania matches and all seven have involved a Women's title, so it's understandable to roll your eyes at this entry - but there is a reason why Charlotte could win her second Royal Rumble.

Depending on what side of the bed the WWE historians have woken up on, Charlotte Flair is one Women's title win away from becoming a 17-time World champion, breaking her father Ric Flair's and John Cena's "record" of 16. 'The Queen' has won six Raw Women's Championships, seven Smackdown Women's Championships, two NXT Women's Championships, and a Divas Championship. The problem with this is WWE can't make their minds up whether her Divas and NXT title reigns count or not.

On the thinking that they do, then Charlotte could very much win her historic 17th at the 40th anniversary of WrestleMania which would be a landmark moment in WWE history. The story of Flair being the first woman to win two Royal Rumbles and building to 'The Showcase Of The Immortals' with the record firmly in her sights - to then eventually capture it - would finally make one of her title wins actually mean something.

But as aforementioned, this all depends on WWE's counting methods - but no one can begrudge Charlotte of history even if most of her reigns have been subpar.
