10 EPIC Finishers Wrestlers MUST Bring Back

5. Single-Knee Facebreaker - Shawn Spears

With this AEW star noting earlier this year how his time within the squared-circle is likely coming to an end, now feels like as good a moment as any for 'The Chairman' to throw out some of his greatest hits before calling it a day as an in-ring worker.

And one of the most underrated and largely forgotten ways this former Pinnacle star would overcome his various rivals hasn't really been seen since the days of Shawn Spears throwing out 10's on NXT.

Jumping all the way back to 2015, a then-Tye Dillinger debuted a sickening single-knee facebreaker match-winner to defeat Solomon Crowe (a.k.a. Impact Wrestling's Sami Callihan) on the August 12th edition of the black and gold show.

However, this 10/10 sudden knockout blow was then disappointingly replaced by his Tye Breaker fisherman's carry neckbreaker by 2016.

So, if the veteran is set to call time on his 20-year career in the business in the not too distant future, why not go out with a few of his old crowd-popping knees to the face? It'd sure be more exhilarating than watching him unleash a couple more forgettable C4's on his way out the wrestling door.
