1. Chris Jericho v Chris Benoit v Kurt Angle - WrestleMania 2000
1999 saw a seismic sea change for WWF as they bolstered their already strong roster of colourful characters with several of the best technical wrestlers in the world. Chris Jericho and Kurt Angle both had memorable debuts that year, before Chris Benoit would join the company as part of the Radicalz in the first few weeks of 2000. Not long after debuting, Kurt Angle picked up both the Intercontinental and European Championships, becoming the third and final person to do so. At WrestleMania 2000, the three men were pit against each other in a triple-threat two-out-of-three falls match, with the first fall for the Intercontinental title and the second for Angles European Championship. In many ways, the match was a showcase of what the new WWF was going to be, as all three men went all out to prove they deserved their spot and that they can do so much more than what anyone expects of them. The drama of Kurt Angle having to defend two championships when he can lose them without being defeated is the backbone of the match, and the wrestling ability of three of the best of all time carries it to a WrestleMania classic.
