The very nature of Hulk Hogan means that any content written about him is as complex and dense as Infinite Jizz-est.

He's such an inveterate liar that decoding his nonsense requires a lot of ponderous clarification - but here goes.

At World War 3 1995, Hulk Hogan opened the show by burying the "rag sheets". He claimed that the Wrestling Observer had falsely reported that the Giant was scheduled to win the main event battle royal and that Randy Savage had suffered an arm injury that meant he couldn't work the show. Dave Meltzer reported neither of these things.

He wrote that Savage or Sting were mooted to win, which also meant he couldn't possibly have thought Savage would miss the show. In another wrinkle of this idiotic saga, Hogan said that Savage was working an injury to swerve the dirts and the "boys", when in the reality Hogan never lived in, WCW leaned into the real injury to encourage fans to sympathise with Savage and build up his eventual win as a heroic achievement.

Bullsh*t on top of bullsh*t: Hogan worked himself into a work at World War 3, foreshadowing his infamous tweet, and if he was irritated by Meltzer "exposing the business", the idiot revealed it was predetermined by saying the Giant wasn't booked to win.
