6. Primo: Technically Better Than...

Across September 26, 2008 and June 28, 2009, Primo and Carlito reigned with the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Titles. The reign lasted 275 days, and as a result, ran longer than...

The Brain Busters (76), Strike Force (152), the Legion of Doom (213 total), the Steiner Brothers (88 total), Owen Hart & the British Bulldog (246) and Edge and Christian (206 total).

Of course, this is less a case of "Primo was perceived by Vince McMahon as even better than some of the very best tag team wrestlers of all-time!" and more "Vince McMahon stopped giving half a sh*t about tag team wrestling in 2001 and will put anything on his show that vaguely masquerades as content, some of which it's very likely he has forgotten about," but still.

What an indictment of a fact that is.

What's especially striking about this fact is that, while bizarre enough in and of itself, Primo was clearly considered a bland nothing act because, in 2016, Vince repackaged him as Shining Star alongside Epico.

Shouldn't...shouldn't have Vince worked this out before he awarded Primo with longer Tag Team Title runs than all of the Hardy Boyz runs (151) combined?
