When you think of the phrase "WWE Lifer", who do you think of?

Shawn Michaels? The Undertaker? John Cena? Well, all of these people have had matches outside of the company, either before they were signed or, in some special cases, during their tenure there.

Not Trish though, who has never once competed in a ring not owned by the biggest promotion in the world.

Stratus made her in-ring debut on the June 22nd 2000 edition of SmackDown, where she teamed up with Test and Albert to take on The Hardy Boyz and Lita. Her first singles match was against Lita on Raw the following month. It lasted 91 seconds, by the way, because this was the Attitude Era after all.

Despite there being a huge gap between her first retirement at Unforgiven 2006 and her return to full-time wrestling in 2023, Trish was never tempted by another company, staying loyal to WWE the entire time. She never even appeared on the WWE version of ECW, such is her commitment to the Fed.

You'll find very few wrestlers with this kind of pedigree that can say the same thing.
