Keeping with the idea of building Hart into as strong a WWE Champion as possible, "The Hitman" defeated heavyweight baddie Razor Ramon with the Sharpshooter. Such a decisive submission win was rare in those days, and in one respect, it was rare for Hart.

In Hart's many World title matches on WWE pay-per-views, he only won three times using his Sharpshooter. The first was over Shawn Michaels at Survivor Series 1992, and the second over Ramon at this event. The third? Well that wasn't until September 1997, when Hart made The Patriot submit to the hold at the In Your House: Ground Zero pay-per-view.

Hart's time in WWE's World title scene spanned five years, and yet only three of his pay-per-view wins in World title matches came via the Sharpshooter. The win over Ramon was the last time he did so as a babyface.
