8. Santino Marella Was The First Two-Time "First Man Gone"

The list of individuals who have been the Rumble match's first elimination runs the historical gamut - they range from iconic performers (Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, Ted Dibiase) to undercard guys that weren't going to go long anyway (Bull Buchanan, Tom Brandi, the fake Razor Ramon).

Incredibly, after 30 Royal Rumbles, only one man has been the first elimination on more than one occasion: Santino Marella. After number five entrant Marella was tossed out by Cody Rhodes, he became the first man to manage this dubious distinction.

Previously, Santino was dumped out first in 2008, after walking in on an Undertaker/Shawn Michaels battle of legends. For everyone else that has come in 30th place at the Royal Rumble, it was their only year doing so.
