There's usually a handful of first time Rumble entrants in each ensuing incarnation of the match, but for 2015, there were only three. Two of them, the aforementioned Bubba Ray Dudley and The Boogeyman, were making guest appearances. They, along with Diamond Dallas Page, represented the surprise portions of the match, meaning there were 27 roster-regulars taking part.

Only one individual among that field of 27 was competing in their first Rumble match: Adam Rose. The captain of The Exotic Express had been on the main roster since the spring of 2014, and represented the only "fresh blood" in the Rumble.

And go figure, he would be eliminated in eight seconds, while Kofi Kingston was the recipient of the Rosebuds' trust-fall carry. Not exactly a banner night for the new guy.
