Harley Race is often lauded for his legendary toughness, his general bad-assery heralded on Haku-like levels. Despite several difficult turns of his health in recent times, Race continues on at age 74, while a number of his peers have since passed on.

What's alarming is the fact that Race outlived every member of his Survivor Series 1988 team, despite being older than all of them. Andre the Giant, Dino Bravo, Rick Rude, and Mr. Perfect all passed away within 15 years of the event taking place, while Race remains alive another 15 years after Curt Hennig's death. Andre was the second-oldest member of the team, born a full three years after Race.

Race has also outlived both of the team's managers, and they also were both born after him: Frenchy Martin died in 2016, followed by Bobby Heenan this past September.
