2. The Crane Sequence Was Filmed The Night Before

It wasn't the first time Austin utilized heavy machinery (not the NXT duo) to either destroy someone's property, assault a nemesis, or in this case, both. Triple H lay in wait for another attempted rundown, only for Austin to outsmart him by bringing a crane into the picture. Austin picked up the car, supposedly with Helmsley in it, and proceeded to drop it from a great height.

Realistically, Helmsley would've died from such an act, but it was naturally just an elaborate stunt from a company big on visual shocks. To make sure everything went smoothly, the crane attack was filmed 24 hours before the pay-per-view, and edited into the live broadcast when the time came. It probably would've been more impressive had Helmsley not showed up on Raw eight nights later with nary a scratch.
