2. Maven Broke Gene Snitsky's Orbital Bone In The Main Event

Maven didn't enter the four-on-four main event until about halfway in, owed to a bloody beatdown administered earlier in the night by Snitsky. When Maven finally joined the fray, he performed a babyface fire-fueled attack on the heel side, before being crowned with a brutal chair shot by a suddenly-bloody Snitsky.

During Maven's house-of-fire assault, he struck Snitsky a bit too snugly in the face, and ended up breaking Big Gene's orbital bone. Fortunately, there was little improv needed to get him out of the match - Snitsky was next on the elimination list anyway, disqualified following the chair strike.

The thunderous chair shot that Snitsky gave Maven could've easily been seen as a "receipt" for the bone-crushing punch, but only Snitsky knows for sure. He'll tell you that it wasn't his fault.
