One of the craziest falls taken during the Chicago Street Fight was barely caught on camera. Due to the frenetic nature of the match, WWE's directors found it onerous to be in the right place for each major spot. As it happened, a wild bump taken by Faarooq was only slightly visible in the corner of the screen.

While standing on the middle buckle, Faarooq tried to hang Road Warrior Hawk (who stood on the floor) with a nylon rope. To counter, Hawk jerked his end of the rope briskly, causing Faarooq to cut a front flip down onto the ringside floor.

At the very least, Faarooq required hospitalization after suffering a separated shoulder, an injury that kept him out of action for seven weeks. Other sources claim that additionally, Faarooq broke his ribs and even punctured a lung as a result of the landing.
