10 Feuds We Want To See Following WWE Backlash 2018

1. AJ Styles Vs. Samoa Joe

Lets get some chuckles out of the way: "Haha, this happened in TNA!" "WWE took all of TNA's good talent!" "Dixie must be crying right now!" "#LOLTNA"

Now then, let's be realistic: if Shinsuke Nakamura were to win the WWE Championship at Backlash, there wouldn't be a whole lot of babyfaces for him to feud with. There's Bryan or Randy Orton, but he can feud with them without ending AJ's title reign.

Joe, meanwhile, is the hottest heel in the company at the moment. Week after week since his return, he's been cutting spectacular promos with the intensity and charisma you want out of a top superstar. Now that he's on SmackDown, he should absolutely be programmed as a main event talent, and former X-Division comrade Styles is the perfect foil for him. Both men, no matter what they do, maintain their credibility, and all the garbage they were put through in TNA is proof of that.

With Brock Lesnar being on hiatus for lord knows how long, AJ Styles vs. Joe has the best chance of filling the time as a real-deal "big" title feud.
