8. Jeff Hardy Vs. The Miz
A few weeks ago, The Miz re-debuted on SmackDown, and he looked... naked. He had no wife, no Miztourage, and most importantly, he didn't have his prestigious Intercontinental Championship, currently held by RAW's Seth Rollins. One thing's for sure: Miz should be programmed into a title feud as soon as possible, and an ideal opponent for him would be Jeff Hardy.
Assuming Hardy retains the United States Championship over Randy Orton at Backlash, he should move into a feud with the Miz, with whom he had a verbal spat with earlier in the week on a Miz TV segment. As a heel who's able to get positive responses, Miz benefits from feuding with a perpetually over babyface like Hardy.
In addition, if Miz were to eventually take the US title from Hardy, it would add to a potential feud down the line. Remember what Daniel Bryan's first title was in WWE? And remember who he beat to win it?
