10 Feuds We Want To See Following WWE Backlash 2018

7. Seth Rollins Vs. Dolph Ziggler And/Or Drew McIntyre

So Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre are a thing now. While on paper, that's an absolutely random and thoughtless pairing, it's still a good opportunity for both superstars. For Drew, it's a good way to get on TV and re-ingratiate himself with RAW's audience following his sojourn in the indies/NXT washing away the stink of 3MB. For Dolph... well, it's a way to stay on TV, since it's obvious McIntyre's the one they want to push to the moon.

Still, in order for this new union to maintain momentum and credibility, they can't just be in back rooms cutting promos about how they're gonna dominate the roster. They should feud with someone talented and credible in order to be taken seriously.

Right now, Seth Rollins is the most over he's ever been as a babyface, and quite possibly at his peak as an in-ring performer, or perhaps getting even better. Assuming he retains the IC title at Backlash, he should move into a program with the Ziggler/McIntyre duo. Not only would it produce spectacular matches (especially Rollins vs. Ziggler), but it would be a way for McIntyre to look legit really quickly.
