10 Fun Facts About My Trip To The 25th Anniversary Of WWE WrestleMania

10. DO NOT Open The Overhead Compartment On Your Flight

If you're going on holiday, whether it's an all-inclusive summer trip to Spain or a trip to WrestleMania or Comic Con, one of the best parts is the flight that takes you to your destination. I love the whole experience of getting on the flight, checking out the in-flight movies, eating the barely edible food, having a couple of Vodkas and then attempting to sleep in the upwards position (which always fails). So on April 2nd, 2009 I boarded a flight to Houston and my usual routine was going very well and I was having a great time. Midway through the flight, I remembered I'd packed some wrestling magazines so I got up to try and get my bag from the overhead bin to get my reading material for the rest of the flight. Unfortunately, as soon as I opened the compartment, my bag fell out and bounced off of a woman's head in front of me. I felt awful and apologised repeatedly but she growled at me and decided as revenge to adjust her seat to recline back as far as it could go as a punishment. After an hour, I'd given up trying to apologize, so I decided to press my knees up against the reclined seat and bounce it back and forth until she pulled her seat back forward. Plane politics are the worst, but as Triple H would say "it's all about the game, and how you play it".
