10 Funniest WWE Dark Segments Never Broadcast

7. The Land Of Milk And Honey

After RAW, April 18th 2016, London

In another very recent dark after-show segment, Dean Ambrose became the victim of a Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens beatdown, AJ Styles making a very well-received run-in for the save.

This is one of those segments that turns into a dark tag match, with the talent seemingly able to call the shots in the ring. Who needs an anonymous General Manager when a drawling lunatic can unilaterally make a match to round off the evening?

Jericho continued his contemporary run of heel genius here - seriously, when you’re this good at playing the villain, why would you ever want to play the hero? - managing to be both hilarious and mean-spirited at once. Owens is just as good a heel, but on this occasion it was Jericho had the mic, reminding his partner that they’re both from a magical place, the Land Of Milk And Honey (ie, Canada).

The dark match was as much fun as you’d expect, the babyfaces going over with Style’s Phenomenal Forearm. But afterwards, Jericho was back on the mic, slagging off London and the calibre of performer he’d been booked to work with and comically threatening a woman in the audience with an iPad if she refused to switch it off and put it away.

Funniest of all was his casual ribbing of his own dadbod by claiming that he really does have abs… it’s just that he also has a big diaphragm.
