10 Gimmick Changes To Save Wrestlers' Careers RIGHT NOW
2. Daniel Garcia (Leave The Sports Entertaining Behind)
In perhaps one of the most unwanted twists of recent times, Bryan Danielson's quest to bring Daniel Garcia back over to the world of pro-wrestling eventually ended with The Jericho Appreciation Society man staying put with Le Champion and co.
And that would've admittedly been fine had AEW continued to build Garcia as a potential top star that would ultimately breakout from Jericho's group. But instead of keeping the spotlight on the freakishly talented in-ring worker, the attention has largely been kept on the group's leading veteran, with Garcia slipping further into the background by the week.
Even his most recent moment to shine in the form of his part in the Garcia-Guavara Gauntlet on February 8's edition of Dynamite found itself being overshadowed by a frustrating Jericho intervention. So, the way forward once again feels as painfully obvious as it did last year.
Jericho has definitely got more eyes on the top class young performer. But it's time for the former ROH Pure Champion to finally be his own man and help bring down the Sports Entertainment nonsense that is starting to hold both himself and all involved back.
