It's fair to say that Neville hasn't quite hit the heights he may have expected upon being called up to the main roster. The longest-reigning NXT Champion in history is currently the most exhilarating high-flier in WWE, capable of doing things nobody else can in the ring - yet he has one glaring weakness: a lack of charisma. Of all the WWE superstars in need of a gimmick change, Neville is perhaps the trickiest subject. His obvious lack of promo skills may necessitate a manager or valet, although a recent series of backstage promos with The Miz have some fans dreading the worst (namely a gimmick as an elf sidekick to the star of Santa's Little Helper). Maybe, then, a heel turn is the only answer. Although Neville's high-flying ability and underdog size makes him a natural babyface, he displayed flashes of arrogance towards the end of his NXT Championship reign during his feud with Sami Zayn, and could become an ultra-confident heel in the old ECW RVD mould.
