10 Great Matches Starring Dud Wrestlers

1. King Mabel & Sir Mo Vs. Razor Ramon & Savio Vega - WWF In Your House 2

Has there ever been a more awful main event talent than King Mabel?

Alongside The Great Khali and Vladimir Kozlov, Mabel represents the third point of the triangle of dross - but at least his two successors weren't allowed near the top spot of the second biggest show of the year.

This match was a stop on the road of 'King' Mabel's monster push - one so inexplicably good that it must have convinced WWF officials that they were headed in the correct direction. Mabel's notoriously awful match with Diesel at that year's SummerSlam finally saw common sense prevail. He wasn't a main event talent.

But, in this environment, when he wasn't required do all the heavy lifting, it was easier to accentuate his few positives - not least of which his formidable power game.

Throwing a game (and underrated) Savio Vega around menacingly, Mabel also impresses with his unbelievably athletic enziguri kick, which looks far more devastating being delivered by a man of his mammoth proportions.

As bad as Mabel was when not protected in tags, Mo was arguably worse. The sole weak spot in this otherwise meticulously worked match sees him practically vibrate on the top rope, such is his hesitance to land a moonsault. And with good reason, too - his version of it is bowling shoe ugly.
