10 Great Superstars Who Will Never Be WWE Champion
You may love these guys, but there's no way they're EVER winning the big one.
Since WWE combined the WWE title and World Heavyweight titles to create the always fun to say WWE World Heavyweight Championship, the number of Superstars given the opportunity to climb to the top of the mountain has been significantly reduced. After all, there are many fan-favourites that it's easy to imagine having been able to win the secondary world title if it were still in existence, but now that there's just the one belt to vie for, they haven't been able to get within a million miles of it. Since the unification in 2013, only Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan, John Cena, Brock Lesnar, and Seth Rollins have been lucky enough to hold the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, and looking at the current roster, there are only a handful of Superstars who could believably join that elite group of wrestlers. What this unfortunately means is that some will forever be overlooked or just aren't the right fit to hold the title in the near future, or ever for that matter. While these Superstars all have attributes which make them good choices to become champion, fans desperately wanting to see them hold the belt simply isn't enough, and so it's never going to happen. Sure, they might at least get the chance to fight for it somewhere down the line, but winning it? Well, that's an entirely different matter altogether...
