He may have brilliantly proven just what level of talent WWE had at their disposal all along by the time he popped up in AEW, but history will still always show that the late Brodie Lee was infuriatingly under-utilised during his time in Vinnie Mac's company.

Yet, perhaps even more frustratingly, there was actually a time when it looked like the then-Luke Harper was being given an opportunity to showcase how strong a singles player he could be. During this 2014/15 spell, the former Wyatt Family member even picked up his first Intercontinental title, setting the stage nicely for a rematch between himself and Dolph Ziggler at the TLC PPV.

It was during said return encounter that Harper exhibited precisely what he was all about. This largely uncelebrated skirmish started hot and refused to lose steam for the duration of its runtime, with Harper hurling himself at the challenger like a cruiserweight and nearly breaking Ziggles in half with a powerbomb onto a ladder.

This savage and inventive display, even in defeat, should've opened the door for big things going forward for Harper, but he was ultimately thrown back into Wyatt-centric units for the remainder of his time in WWE.
