10 Great WWE Matches With One Notable Botch

This match definitely takes the biscuit when it comes to bizarre stipulations.

Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio had been feuding throughout most of 2005, but things took a turn for the melodramatic when Eddie started making accusations about the parentage of Rey's son, Dominik.

Eddie asserted that he was actually Dominik's father and challenged Rey to a ladder match for his custody. Rey never actually denied Eddie's allegations, so, in kayfabe, the real-life Dominik Mysterio is actually Dominik Guerrero. Wrestling is so weird.

Watch this match back now and you'll realise just how many mistakes these two make. They fall off ladders, they mistime spots, but the biggest botch of all didn't come from either man in the match, but rather from Eddie's real life wife, Vickie.

Vickie, who many fans will know as the screaming banshee of an ex-SmackDown General Manager, was very much on the side of Mysterio. She even interfered in the match, pushing down a ladder to prevent her husband from winning. It was a great spot, but would have been even better if it had happened when it was meant to.

See, Vickie was actually meant to run in way earlier than she did. You can actually hear Eddie yelling at his wife if you watch this match back and his language is not very PG.

Still, at least she didn't come down to the ring yelling "Excuse me!".
